Ok y'all, I think the most overused word nowadays is the word  “Karen”. It used to be about a very specific type of person but now it seems to describe any person on camera getting angry. Despite this we have all been on one side or even both sides of bad customer service. This week we will be doing the top 5 worst customer service experiences. To enhance discussion, we didn’t share our lists with each other, and by no means are we experts or historians in said category. We are just a few dudes who like to talk about nonsense.
